Newcastle boss Sam Allardyce has admitted Kieron Dyer may leave the club because of personal reasons.

Dyer's future at St James' Park has been the subject of intense speculation for the last few weeks.

West Ham have been strongly linked with the England international with Alan Curbishley refusing to rule out a move for the midfielder last weekend.

Allardyce met with Dyer to discuss his future and he has conceded the midfielder may leave Tyneside

"At the moment, there's a problem from a family point of view and we have to try to see whether we can resolve that, and if we cannot, then that may well result in Kieron looking to leave the club for that reason and that reason alone," said Allardyce.

"That's the discussion we have had. It's obviously disappointing for me, but it is one I understand.

"If somebody has got a problem they cannot resolve, then ultimately in the long run, it is better for the club and better for him if you can resolve that problem.

"If that's away from here, then so be it."


The news is sure to alert West Ham who are in the market for a new midfielder after losing Julien Faubert to injury.

真是可惜，感覺上大牙是成熟了，踢法亦由邊轉向內移，如能改善把握力，會是不錯的輔鋒或右翼鋒的人選。不過考慮到他的傷病史及高薪，離開對雙方也有好處。

Villarreal Ready To Fight Milan,Newcastle For 15m BaptistaThe Yellow Submarines are looking at the Copa America winner as Diego Forlan's replacement, but will have to move fast to see off Newcastle and Milan.

Villarreal have been searching for a front man to replace Diego Forlan, who moved to Atletico Madrid in a 21 million euro move a month ago.

They have zeroed in on Julio Baptista, who has recently been the subject of interests from Newcastle United and AC Milan.

Villarreal president Fernando Roig is willing to spend on him, as despite his indifferent spell in London, the Brazilian international is rated highly in Spain, where he excelled with Sevilla not so long ago.

The Yellow Submarines had already made a 10 million euro offer last week, and are ready to up the bid to 15. They are counting on Baptista's desire to stay in Spain to ease the move.

The forward is not very keen to return to England, particularly with the weather in Newcastle even worse than in London, while he is aware that at Milan, he will be guaranteed nothing but a spot on the bench.

The player himself wants to make a success of his Real Madrid career, and fans have also come out demanding that he be given a chance to prove himself at the Bernabeu.

However, it all depends on Bernd Schuster, who, at the moment, has yet to confirm that Baptista will be staying.

戴亞留低調動更靈活，但走影響亦唔算大。或者可以提拔下新人。

以紐記以往既紀錄，傷就一定有架啦，睇下傷幾多姐
加上JB傷六星期，開季頭果兩三埸中埸中都係得安利畢特兩個
當然，戴亞人工咁高，用來做後備唔抵，走對紐記都有好處，不過希望Big Sam可以解決球隊既傷病問題啦~

剩係人工都慳唔少

論中場:
家下可以打中場中ge有:
安利, 畢特, 米拿, 蘇蘭奴, 尼索比亞, 巴頓, 戴亞, 杜夫

但根據肥森日前ge講法
尼索比亞下季開始ge工作係做一隻快, 好扭, 好傳中ge一隻左閘(防守呢?唔知)
所以我會排除左佢先
呢個決定都可能係令本來話緊要買左閘ge肥森決定間咩都唔買ge主因
(因為巴巴仲係後備, 連後備都唔洗買?)
戴亞睇野走緊, 都排除左佢
家下只有:
安利, 畢特, 米拿, 蘇蘭奴, 巴頓, 杜夫

打法可以係中場中間(什至係攻擊中場)偏某一個方向ge翼活動ge人有:
左: 安利, (尼索比亞), 杜夫
右: 米拿, 蘇蘭奴
中間ge有:
巴頓, 畢特

安利　　　　　　　米拿
　(杜夫)　畢特　(蘇蘭奴)
　　　　  (巴頓)
加上尼索比亞本身係中場(左),加拿斯可以打中場中, 米拿事實上兩邊都打得
所以都夠人架啦, 如果真係要買, 可能真中場中ge"補給", 準備定頂阿畢特同唔知幾時會紅牌ge巴頓
而已打防守個時仲可以改做4-4-2什至是4-5-1
再或者係一個好大名ge人, 最有可能係用來定阿安利用
不過要考慮到杜夫ge存在

論前鋒
而前鋒, 從肥森留奧雲, 馬田斯, 盧基, 買肥度卡之後, 都好明顯係打3前鋒
前鋒有(排除卡奴爾, 塞萊斯, 路亞路亞三名年輕前鋒):
馬田斯, 奧雲, 盧基, 艾美奧比, 維度卡
高速(細粒): 馬田斯, 奧雲
翼鋒及可中鋒: 盧基, 杜夫
正中鋒: 維度卡, 艾美奧比

馬田斯 　 　維度卡    　　奧雲

論戰術
4-3-3講求機動, 組織, 多變化, 合作好
馬田斯, 奧雲一定係會打選
但兩個前鋒都係有機動性但無高空控制
而不論係維度卡, 艾美奧比定係無頭球能力ge盧基都係會有高度上ge少少至多多優勢
作用就好似一支箭, 從中間攻破, 兩個快ge前鋒不停係係個破口入, 令到個破口不停加大
兩閘入到補位, 兩邊ge中場同閘都會更大ge自由度同空間做野
但3前鋒又可以係一把利剪, 先從兩邊撕破
中堅做ge就係牽制兩個中堅
更可以係一支三义, 同時在三個地向攻擊
開三個孔, 令對手四名後防混亂不而

4-3-3雖然可似好好用, 但1來係中場會弱左
2來就係好講求組織到大家之間ge合作性
要做就到動機攻擊ge主要因素就係不停有d所謂ge玫命波出到
但出到都無用, 如果合作又或者係意識不足
有多多致命波做到到最後都無人要到
但比致命波, 除左畢特之外個個都有能力做到
不過大家係意識同合作上ge差別就真係好影響到4-3-3係紐卡素係唔係得
當然仲要睇兩閘
不過呢個問題我有機會先再講過

除非今年一開始又傷一打人
唔果再亂買ge話就多多錢都會行番列斯條舊路
