Kitbag service ?

Hi everyone,
I would like to ask about the service of kitbag.
Is it ok ?
will it send the wrong jersey to you or miscount the jersey ?
or other type of errors ?

如果訂野就最好星期一、二訂
因為呢兩日佢地最得閒
我岩岩星期二訂左衫
check左ups今日已經可以送貨

唔好既就係
1)好多時寄錯野
2)網頁唔夠update, 好多野要你俾晒錢之後先知無, 郵費收多左又唔會退俾你, 攪到你挨貴郵費
3)個security check好麻煩, 有時你張卡明明之前訂過好多次, 到可以突然間話唔得
4)有投訴要成日打電話過去問, email二十次先會覆一次, 不過覆你既內容係叫你打電話去問

我十二月send左件衫返去(漏左印字俾我)
上星期打去都話未收到
又攪到我要問郵局拎返個收件證明
再打去問
又要email返張record俾佢地
但過左48小時都未覆到我

上星期四訂咗星期五個Status---- shipped...但係今日都仲未收到
另外佢比果個Courier reference 我上網查唔到...可能個 number 唔啱

me last time also post on Thursday night,
Saturday shipped.
and they use Royal mail also.
Finally i get the parcel on Thursday.

i tried once. The goods are arrived within 5 days. Everything is correct. However, I tried to contact kitbag before to ask fo size information. I don't get the answer up to now

i think every shop may have fault sometimes, i also has experiece that la liga make some fault about my order, but they are willing to solve the problem, and at least they would reply e-mail ma.....

kitbag 衰既地方係會做一o的低能既野...
以下全部為親身經歷....

1) 英格蘭作客,佢印英超膠字....
2) 件衫前面印#12, 後面印#21
3) credit card refund唔到,佢寄cheque俾你
(問題係張cheque得幾磅,銀行收charge最平都$60~70)

訂得太多....太多開心事....

Subsides都唔錯~reply email 又快, d order 又少出錯
e.g. 有次我買ge其中一件衫無我size, subsides立即 email 問我轉size or keep going
Kitbag 呢方面就麻麻了, 無size又唔通知你轉...

Agree... Subside is better than Kitbag...
Almost with all these companies... the best way is to talk to them over the phone. Email is too slow.
