Arsenal Starlet Craig Eastmond Arrested On Suspicion of Indecent Exposure: Teenager Accused of Flashing

A TEENAGE Arsenal footballer has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
Midfielder Craig Eastmond, 19 – who signed a long-term Gunners deal this year and is tipped for England – was bailed until next month.
A Met Police spokesman said: “We can confirm that on Wednesday October 6, police received an allegation of indecent exposure from a woman in Battersea. A 19-year-old man attended a South London police station and was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.
“He has been bailed to return on a date in November pending further enquiries.” (The Sun)

　　「一名19歲的男子被帶到南部倫敦警察局，因為猥褻暴露的罪名被逮捕。」

　　「在這裡，他將被拘禁直到11月的某日，以接受警方的進一步調查。」

　　19歲的伊斯特蒙德是阿森納隊裡頗具希望的新星，今年剛和槍手簽下了一份長期合同，並認為未來有希望入選英格蘭隊。這次被捕事件，顯然會對他的職業生涯產生一定影響。

Wearing jeans and a dark hooded top, Newcastle United striker Carroll was driven away from Tynedale Magistrates' Court in Hexham, Northumberland, in a people carrier with blacked-out windows.

He was charged with assaulting Laurie Henderson, an ex-girlfriend, at her home in Ponteland, Northumberland, sometime after 4.30am on Sunday.

Following an hour-long hearing, he was granted conditional bail to live with captain Kevin Nolan at his family home, also in Ponteland, a 15-minute walk from the complainant's address.

Magistrates agreed Carroll does not have to stay overnight at Mr Nolan's home when Newcastle are playing.

The player was told he must not contact any prosecution witnesses.

Carroll, who gave his address as the Jesmond Dene Hotel, Newcastle, will deny the offence and claims self-defence, the court heard.

The case was adjourned until January 10.

A car belonging to Newcastle striker Andy Carroll was targeted in an arson attack outside the Northumberland home of club captain Kevin Nolan.

The incident happened on Wednesday, three days after a court ordered the 21-year-old to live with Mr Nolan.

Mr Carroll had appeared before magistrates charged with assaulting his former girlfriend Laurie Henderson.

No-one was hurt in the arson attack. Newcastle United declined to comment on the incident.

Andy Carroll is living with the Newcastle captain on the exclusive Darras Hall estate in Ponteland as part of his bail conditions.

Police said they were called after the pair spotted Carroll's chrome-plated Range Rover on fire on the drive.

A garage door was also daubed with graffiti.

A Northumbria force spokeswoman said: "Police received a report from the fire and rescue service of a fire outside an address in Darras Hall.

"Officers attended and a Range Rover was found to be on fire.

"The fire was extinguished by the fire and rescue service and no-one was injured.

"The garage door of the property was also vandalised.

"Inquiries into the incident are ongoing and police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them."

A spokeswoman for Newcastle United said the club would not comment as the incident was being investigated by the police.

Mr Carroll appeared before Tynedale Magistrates on Monday charged with assaulting 18-year-old Miss Henderson on 17 October.

He was bailed until a further hearing in January, and the court was told he would claim self-defence.

A Premier League footballer arrested on suspicion of raping a teenage girl in Manchester has had his bail extended.

Bolton Wanderers striker Ivan Klasnic, 30, has been rebailed until February pending further inquiries, said Greater Manchester Police.

The forward was held last month after a 17-year-old reported she was attacked in a city centre apartment.

The Croatian international had previously been bailed until 1 November.
