菲爾.鐘斯毫不出奇地成為英人眼中新寵 (據說英超大球會 (在去季不一定是前列) 當中沒有對他不感興趣的)
據聞似乎有不少人更已預期他將來成為英格蘭國家隊隊長 (即類似韋舒亞那樣已被那些開始找尋潛在未來領袖的同胞們寄以厚望)
我會說..
強壯, 擅截擊, 客易令對手(逐漸)生畏的那一類中路守將 (當然, 這點該會被全個足球世界所喜歡而不限於英人)
四肢發達是肯定的, 跑動能力都ok, 頭腦比較簡單? 就算是, 也確實可在踢法上／實際執行上隱惡揚善吧..(只不過他未必是我眼中理想防中人選..這方面我是比較挑剔的, 連比比也未必是, 特事特辦時除外)

蘭尼上位於士砵亭時已算識同ok肯俾波
只係佢幾年成長過後確認咗個人表演盤扭試射先係主調 (雖則真係已經建立一定威力; 佢唔似會成為下個C朗, 即唔係會由翼鋒變前鋒, 反擊箭頭就有D可能)
配合要睇心情..

同意匈牙利左腳左翼德素特薩克都有近似蘭尼嘅踢法傾向, 尤其佢近兩三年完成初步級數昇華之後
但唔代表佢唔曉配合 (好多時都係人夾人, 環境使然)

至於你想講德素特薩克未必肯定夠班踢曼聯
我唔會強烈反對
(舉例說, 比較之下
當年未出國嘅雲尼斯泰萊重傷之前早就說服到其他人, 佢實夠班踢曼聯
費爵爺決定等佢係正確)
視乎你預期佢仲可以點進步法 (會否到此為止?)

Diaby admits to wearing Spurs shirt

Arsenal midfielder Abou Diaby has risked angering Gunners fans by admitting that he owns a Tottenham shirt and wears it when he is at home.

Diaby, 25, has come under fire for his performances on the pitch for the club this season and is now likely to face both barrels from the stands as well, after he revealed his liking for Arsenal's bitter North London rivals.

He told the Sun: "It's [the shirt] more difficult to wear in the street. There you are not safe."

The shirt was given to him by friend and fellow France international Younes Kaboul, who Diaby would also like to play alongside at club level. He said: "It would be good to play for the same club one day."

Meanwhile, Arsenal team-mate Johan Djourou says that Lille striker Gervinho - rated at £10 million - would be a great summer signing for the club.

"I have followed a bit of the French league this season and I have to say Gervinho is a great player," said Djourou at an event for his Kemi Malaika Foundation in Senegal.

"I have known him for a long time and he is just a great player & quick, with so much talent and good skills. He is a great, great talent and we need that because he can play as a striker, as a No10 or on the wing. He has all the ingredients to play for Arsenal, that is a definite."

Kagawa keen on Man Utd move

Borussia Dortmund playmaker Shinji Kagawa has admitted he would be interested in a move to Manchester United if the club make a formal offer for his services.

Kagawa's performances for club and country this past year have led to interest from United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, and the Red Devils are now reportedly weighing up a move as they seek to rebuild their squad.

And the Japan international says, if the Premier League champions came calling, a move to Old Trafford would be an intriguing prospect.

"If I get a formal offer, I'll be strongly interested in listening to what they have to say," Kagawa told Nikkan Sports. "The Premier League is one of the leagues I want to challenge. If it is Man Utd, I'll be still more eager to go and try how much I can do there."

Kagawa was a key component to Dortmund's capturing of this year's Bundesliga, and Die Borussen will be keen on tying the 22-year-old down to a new deal as they prepare for Champions League football next season.

Modric unsure over Tottenham future

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Luka Modric has cast doubt over whether he will still be at the club at the end of the summer transfer window.

Speculation on the departure of the Croatian star has increased since the end of the Premier League season with champions Manchester United looking a likely destination.

However, manager Harry Redknapp has consistently denied the club would ever consider selling Modric and described the 25-year-old as "irreplaceable."

Modric has been tipped as the ideal replacement in United's midfield for the recently retired Paul Scholes, but has told reporters he expects to be at White Hart Lane when Spurs return next month ahead of their pre-season tour of South Africa.

In recent quotes referenced by the Daily Star, however, Modric was equivocal over whether he would be wearing Tottenham colours when the transfer window closes on August 31.

"I'm a Tottenham player and will be in London on July 7 to begin preparing for the season," he said. "But I want to say that transfers could occur later. In England it is often the case they happen on the last day of the transfer period, August 31.

"So it is pointless to worry about anything now. If my situation changes after the start of preparation it would not be a problem."

Modric made 42 total appearances for Spurs last season, bagging four goals in all competitions. He signed a new deal with Tottenham last year that is set to run until 2016.

Jerome Boateng keen on Bayern

Manchester City defender Jerome Boateng has outlined his desire to join Bayern Munich this summer.

Boateng joined City from Hamburg on a five-year deal 12 months ago but already has his sights set on a move back to the Bundesliga.

The Germany international, speaking at a promotional event in Hamburg, said: ''I would like to go to Munich. On my side everything is clear.''

Boateng believes he can further his international career at Bayern after expressing his displeasure at being played at right-back at Eastlands.

He added: ''I have already told (City boss) Roberto Mancini that I want to play in central defence and not at full-back. Bayern have indicated I will play in the centre. To play there regularly is important for me because I will have a better chance of playing in the national team.''

Boateng accepts his fate is in City's hands, though.

''It is all about whether I am released. I hope it works,'' he said. ''Bayern are bigger than Manchester City, they are one of the top six teams in Europe. To play for them would be an honour for me.''
