Molde boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he dreams of one day taking charge at Manchester United but, for now, is committed to continuing his development in Norway.
Solskjaer, 39, spent 11 years as a player at Old Trafford and later coached the club's reserve team before leaving to become manager of Molde at the end of 2010. In his debut season in Norway, he led Molde to success in the Tippeligaen for the first time in their existence.
He has since been linked with a return to England, with both Aston Villa and Blackburn having expressed an interest in his services.
Asked about the Manchester United job, he was quoted as saying in The Sun: "I'm not naive enough to say I can do that job but in life you should have big dreams and big goals. It's a dream but let's take just one step at a time. I want to become a manager in England."
For now, though, Solskjaer is focused on Molde, who are currently one point clear of Stromsgodset at the top of the table with two games left to play.
"At the moment I've just started and it's been two years more or less in Norway, so the time will come," he said. "I've spoken to clubs and explained it's a bit early as I want to learn and don't want to jump too big a bridge at the start."
