Defendce problem

i am using real madrid ar....
but i have problem in defendence..
every match...
no matter what is the oppent....
anyteam.....
they will have more than 14-15 shot.....
how can i reduce their shot time.....
and every season....
i will get about 20 goals scroed by other teams
i wiant to keep it down to 10 or belwo....
anyone help...
u can teach me how to set DC...DR...DL....DMC
