Brown 交換Bulter 的消息越傳越盛。但這單交易的問題是，Bulter 的年薪只有三百萬，除非Brown 肯只收三百萬起薪，否則不可能交易。預計佢既人工應在六百萬樓上。所以，湖人必須要配搭一個球員才可以進行交易。

有傳言指，George或Divac 會成為交易的一部份。

如果係前者就正，再簽埋Marshall，我地今年的組軍就已經完成。

Brown, 6 feet 11, was drafted No. 1 overall in 2001 and fell on hard times last season with the Wizards, but he has the potential to be an impact post player.

Laker General Manager Mitch Kupchak and Wizard President Ernie Grunfeld declined to comment Wednesday, but sources said the components of the deal were in place involving Brown and Butler. The Wizards could choose small forward Devean George instead of Atkins to complete the deal.

個人認為，湖人放棄Bulter是因為佢明年約滿，球隊唔想同佢簽大約，加上隄中鋒衛已飽和。所以在可行的範圍內換一個內線球員回來。

至於巫師方面，在布朗走硬的情況之下，這已經是一個相當不俗的交易。現時球會仍在追逐Murray及Marshall之中。

Precise terms will not be set until the league completes its new labor deal. But it was expected that James will earn about $5 million in the first year of the contract, and $29 million over five years.

Free agent Cuttino Mobley will play for the Los Angeles Clippers next season.

The shooting guard agreed to a multiyear offer, Andy Miller, his agent told the Los Angeles Times.

The contract is believed to be worth about $42 million over five years. It can't be signed until the free-agent signing period begins July 22.

Mobley played for the Sacramento Kings and Orlando Magic last season. He opted out of a $6.374 million player option that would have kept him in Sacramento.

Mobley averaged 17.8 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 43 games with Sacramento.
