足球-紐卡斯爾1,400萬歐元簽下前鋒盧克,歐文加盟可能生變


路透馬德里電---拉科魯尼亞同意以1,400萬歐元(1,718萬美元)價格，將西班牙國腳前鋒盧克(路葵)賣到英超紐卡斯爾(紐卡素)。



西甲球隊拉科魯尼亞表示，這筆交易在周四晚完成。盧克已獲准周五前往紐卡斯爾接受體檢。

拉科主席倫德里諾(Augusto Cesar Lendoiro)表示，這筆交易的「財務細節與最初的報價差異極大」。

據西班牙媒體報導稱，27歲的盧克將會與新東家簽下五年合約。

紐卡斯爾簽下盧克似乎意味著從皇家馬德里收購歐文(奧雲)的行動流產。

Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry has finally admitted they do want to bring Michael Owen back to Anfield.

Boss Rafael Benitez has been low-key on constant speculation linking the England striker with a return from Real Madrid after only 12 months.

Newcastle have agreed a club record deal of about £17m, but 25-year-old Owen prefers a move back to Liverpool.

And Parry said: "We have still got our fingers crossed about Michael. We will see what happens next week."

And Parry is pleased that Owen has publicly stated his preference for a move to Liverpool, despite Newcastle's determined efforts to do a deal.

He said: "We are always encouraged when players say they want to join Liverpool."

And Parry also dismissed suggestions a deal was being inspired from inside Liverpool's boardroom rather than by manager Benitez.

He said: "I want to stress there has never been a split between us or Rafa about Michael or any other players."

GRAEME Souness says the impending arrival of Spanish star Albert Luque does not mean United have scrapped their move for Michael Owen.

United tabled a club record bid for England striker Owen on Wednesday, and Souness says that offer remains on the table as the Real Madrid striker weighs up his options.

"The deal for Luque does not affect our position with Michael Owen," said Souness.

"We made a bid to Real Madrid, and that offer is still on the table.

"We have been talking to Michael's advisers and we're waiting for a response."

MICHAEL OWEN is virtually certain to join Liverpool next week, despite Newcastle's attempts to sign him.

Negotiations will begin with Real Madrid after tonight's Super Cup final and look set to end next week with him returning to the European champions.

Skipper Steven Gerrard has expressed his desire to see Owen rejoin the Reds.

Speaking after yesterday's Champions League draw, Gerrard said: "Fingers crossed. It's obviously up to the Liverpool manager but everyone knows what I want."

Liverpool chief executive Rick Parry denied claims there was a difference of opinion between the board and boss Rafael Benitez over Owen returning, saying: "There has never been a split between us and Rafa over Michael or any other player.

"It's not a no or a yes - there has been plenty of speculation and we will see next week. It's always encouraging when a player says he wants to come to Liverpool."

The Echo revealed last month how Owen was desperate to come back to the club where he had spent his entire career before opting for a move to Spain last summer.

Newcastle's efforts to lure him to Tyneside have failed to deflect Owen from his determination to return to Anfield.

The Geordies are now on the verge of landing Deportivo La Coruna striker Albert Luque in a ￡9m deal.
