Whoever appointed will find it a tough job to make an immediate impact, a disprited team, core player on treatment table, almost all transfer kitty for the next 2 yrs being consumed by Souness in advance, Fat Freddy and friends still in the board,Shearer's overwhelming influence in the team....

Anyway, as I firmly believe anyone (even my 12 yrs old younger brother) can be better than Souness,just enjoy the rest of the season without him.
