Similar to something another fan site has done, this is a newspiece giving the majority of TT's backing to the appointment of Ottmar Hitzfeld to replace Souness.
Too many times Shepherd has let us down with his managerial appointment, it is time the fans got their views across to him. We hope that something like this will get the people in the stands talking about Hitzfeld, an unemployed manager with a great track record in the game.
Its time we got someone with class in, and on behalf of many of our forum users, Hitzfeld is the one we want.
If we can get people talking about him then the message might get across to Freddy Shepherd, and with a slice of luck we won't end up with a candidate such as Steve Bruce.
Apologies to any of the few users on our board who might want someone else, you are more than welcome to send a piece to us on why Hitzfeld is not the man, or why someone else might be.
