Roma midfielder Olivier Dacourt has confirmed that he will probably be playing for Inter next season.
The Frenchman’s contract expires in the capital next month and he’s admitted that he will be leaving.
“I’ve had numerous offers from Italian and foreign clubs, but I think I will choose Inter,” he revealed on Tuesday.
“It has come down to a question of stimulus. They are a club who have been after the Scudetto for some time.
“I’ve already spoken to Roma about this, but I did evaluate a number of things before making my decision.
“I would like to thank President Franco Sensi, who I hope gets better soon, the technical staff and also the fans.”
Dacourt, 32, was also being heavily linked with a move to Juventus and a number of Premiership clubs.
