我上巴塞個website買(因為想personalize件衫), 但用visa俾錢時卻話:

"Transaction Error! Your bank was unable to authorise this transaction, please try an alternative card or call an agent on 0870 7878 827 OR +44 115 907 1853 if you are outside the UK."

我試左幾張visa咭都係咁, 打長途電話去customer service hotline, 佢又唔明我要什麼, 浪費我長途電話費!

請教各位是什麼問題?謝謝!

可能你張咭唔接受你online transcation, 你應該打去card centre 問下

打左俾card centre, 做埋visa驗證, 但都係一樣唔得....好失望, 因為等左佢出連logo已經好耐....
