Pick the youth player you want to train and chosee the interaction and say one of the old plaer in the team can be is mordel , then pich the old player to's interaction and choose him to be the tutor of the youth player good luck .

P.S .In  the youth player's information, always have link player, better choose the link player as the youth player's Mentor.
