Feeder club hv limit?

i wanna ask y i use juventus, after cooperate with a usa feeder club,
i wait for about 6 months la, the board room still cannot let me request another feeder club,
it that i cannnot hv more than 1 ? ot just depends on the club, board. my god, help, thx
