The consortium led by Niall Quinn has completed its takeover of the club.
Quinn, who was appointed as manager on Tuesday, and his Drumaville group of investors agreed a deal for ex-chairman Bob Murray's shares earlier this month.

Steve Bull hung up his boots for the last time at Molineux this afternoon after the legendary striker played the opening minutes of his 20th anniversary game, against Aston Villa.
Steve, who was made honorary Vice President this week, was hoping to play for longer but had to take his bow with little over five minutes gone, after struggling with his knee.
"I enjoyed it, it was great to walk out and hear the fans again," he said.
"I was hoping to get half an hour or more before I came in today, but then I was working out in the gym here at Molineux pre-match and I felt the knee go.
"I said to the gaffer that I'd not be doing much more than kicking off after that, and I stayed on as long as I could.
"It was a bit embarrassing hearing everyone cheering for me, coming out of the tunnel at 41 years of age, not 18!"
Steve even had a chance to score in the opening minutes after a cross from Lewis Gobern, but he admits he missed his opportunity.
"I was thinking of chesting it down and volleying it into the net like the good old days instead of just going for the header, but it didn't come off," he admitted.
"After that I knew it was sensible to take the boots off, and so that's it now.
"I'll be sitting up in the posh seats, watching the games with everyone else, and doing my bit for the club - but not on the field!

CURTIS Davies has been installed as Albion captain for the new season.
Boss Bryan Robson revealed he had thrown the armband Davies' way after the Baggies rounded off their pre-season programme with a goalless draw against Real Sociedad at The Hawthorns.
The England Under-21 international skippered Albion against the La Liga outfit and Robson confirmed he has now got the job on a permanent basis - providing he keeps his place in the team.
It is a further boost to prize asset Davies' blossoming career after he signed a new-and-improved four-year contract on Friday.
"Curtis is a big part of the team and will probably be captain throughout the season as long as he keeps performing and is in the side" said Robson.
"It's a reward for his character and the way he plays.
"Being made captain is a good responsibility for Curt.
"He's grown up very quickly in the last couple of years.
"Hopefully, the confidence and responsibility of being captain will hold him in good stead for the rest of his career."
