各位先生女士，本人正式宣佈參選 賽季 25-26 香港 U20 NT 代表隊 ( 以下簡稱 U20 ) 教練一職
我的參選政綱是
i) 盡全力爭取 U20 出線下屆世青杯第二輪 (甚至更遠)
ii) 確保香港年青球員得到良好培訓，以使香港有更多人材 (給予 NT 隊等)

SUMMARY
Ladies and gentlemen, I officially declare my candidacy as Hong Kong U20 Coach of Season 25-26.
My goal in HKG U20 are,
i) strive my very best to lead HKG U20 into Round 2 (and/or even further if opportunity arises)
ii) ensure youth talents having training properly so giving better resources for HKG NT, etc...

強項
1) 參與 香港 U20 / NT 代表隊事務已有 10 個賽季
-> 明白如何有效及順暢地運作 U20 隊伍並打出良好成績，及知道 U20 特有要注意的事項 (不論正面及負面的)
2) 具備能力以中文及英文流暢地溝通
-> 在 hattrick.org 討論區及本地討論區 ( BFF, HKCM, FFF and uwants 等 ) 亦不會有溝通障礙問題

STRENGTH
1) Exposure in HKG U20 / NT team affairs for 10+ seasons
-> understanding how can U20 team be running effeciently and making sound results, and some tricks & traps met only in U20.
2) Being able to speak fluently in Cantonese and English
-> no hindrance in communicating in global forum (@ hattrick.org) and local forums (BFF, HKCM, FFF and uwants, etc...)


對現時 U20 觀感
過往的 U20 世青杯之路是十分緊張刺激，可惜地過往 3 次都在最後一週無功而還
香港的活躍玩家比較少，對 U20 及 NT 都不是有利因素，不過以前也有例子證明 '小型班' 也可在 U20 得到不錯成績
在上季的經歷我相信 U20 香港雖然會面對很強的對手，可是仍然有可能成功闖過第一關

VIEW ON CURRENT U20 TEAM
Past U20 campaigns has been running rather close, unfortunately the chase of qualification from 1st round had been ended in negative result in final Matchweek in last 3 attempts.
Small active user base is not a favourable factor for HKG (no matter in U20 and NT level), however history tells us that 'smaller' nations can also do good results in U20 World Cup.
From the experience in last term, I do think HKG U20 do have chance to get qualified, though upcoming opponents would be very strong.
