Forgot to say it here: I added one more defender and a neutral coach to the squad prior to the game against France. Because of that the squad is now completed.
This week we are having a week of the qualifiers so there won't be too much happening here from me I guess, although I might start making some information about the NT-team as well so that it is up to date here in the federation as well.
When it comes to the NT-team next season I am not sure about whether I want to run again or not. Part of me says that I want to and another parts says no. The reason not too do it is abvious: I don't wanna be the ruler of Hong Kong and therefore want to let someone else take over the responsibilty. BUT I got elected to rebuild the squad and I feel it is a job that is not completed yet. The new players are not really ready yet but I would have loved to try to qualify for the WC with the squad and prove that it is possible at NT level for Hong Kong as well with a young squad. In addition it takes much of my time to be in charge of both teams and it is the U20-team that is the one closest to my heart. Well, I will have to think about this issue for some more time I guess, it is hard to decide on what I want to do

actually some HK managers are having heart to help NT/U-20 team...however they do not have supporter feature thus cannot join this group. some of them realize they do not get adequate experience on different, esp. strange tactics, and calculation on posession/chance weight, etc...
personally i suggest even u do not run for HK team for next term, u can still be something like 'advisor' or sth similar...help guiding and teaching some special technique that may boost NT team managerial ability...

Sure, you can copy the part about the NT-team and next term and post it in hkbff.com. Keep me posted if there is someone expressing a desire to run for the election, if there is a strong candidate emerging it might be easier to hand over the team without running for the election:P
I would of course be available as an advisor/consultant etc if a new manager would be interested in me being that. The most important thing for me would be that the manager in charge is someone competent and with some experience - someone capable of taking care of the team and do well with it. But whoever it is that is taking over for me, whenever that would be, would of course be offered my help if they want it.
