但第三項自己做管理層  咁同平時玩有咩分別?

相信我，用Notebook打開來看就有解釋
１）增加形容詞
２）將某幾種 board takeover 方法從某國家剔除。(ex. 中國不會有 PLC take over)
３）預設一個「人名」去可能成為一個 Chairman。反正不受你控制就是了

## Board Takeovers ##
