U20 Hong Kong will follow NT Hong Kong's action to play in full black in this week WCQ match against Slovenjia. Beside, The banner of U20 Hong Kong will change to dark for a week to express our condolence for the death of Sichuan Earthquake victims. 香港二十歲以下代表隊隊宣佈將會響應香港代表隊之做法，於星期五對斯洛文尼亞的世青盃外圍賽主場賽事，穿上全黑球衣以哀悼四川大地震的遇難者。此外，二十歲以下代表隊的橫額將會改成黑色一星期，以表達對遇難者之哀悼。

Requirement:
17years old: solid+ main skills
18Years old: excellent+ main skills


香港廿歲以下代表隊正在尋找新一代既天才球星．如果你有香港的17-18歲有潛質的球員，歡迎在此貼出他們的資料。

基本要求：
17歲：穩定或以上主技

Tonight we will host Ronny's Norge NT (173677532), all 22 players will from both teams will played in all black as previous announced. I will approach this match same as official match, while use as many as young training HKG NT as I can, all of them will be played in their neutral position. Let's see how the kids doing tonight.

On a side note our start winger Nai Swee Liak ((77569794) with deadline tonight, hope he land in a trainer that will further train him on passing or SP.


今晚對挪威的國際友誼賽，兩隊二十二位球員都會穿上全黑球衣以哀悼四川大地震的遇難者。大部份香港隊年青主力都會上陣，以求一勝。

今晚香港u20會主場迎戰哥斯達黎加，雖然後防線明顯回勇，但整體狀態與對手相比仍處下風，而且隊中的正選中場及前鋒Michael Harley及彭 (Peng) 康興 (Kangxing)已經屆滿廿一歲，未能於u20的比賽上陣，對球隊整體戰力有著極大打擊，這對於團體精神上稀為蝕底及今晚必須取勝才可保住數字上機會的香港隊無疑係一個極壊的消息。
希望今晚真的一如部份玩家所說，主場is all及ENGINE神與香港隊常在，香港加油！

Tonight we will play our last qualifying match away against Malta. Before the match, we are 2 points away from them and we played one more match than them. However they have last match at home against the giving up Nippon. So we have no chance to qualified and I would like to announce new squad in a few days after this match, preparing for next WC. But, I will fight till last min and show them HK players are not rubbish. :P

Reviewing this campaign, I have done my best to lead HK U20. I am sorry that we cannot qualified for next round but I think a third place is already a respective position. We have been unbeaten for last 5 matches including beating Slovenia at home and stealing a point at Polska's home. We got only 3 loss in which 2 of them are not blessed by god.

I have review some of the 17-18 yo talents, HK have a good branch of players and with better ranking, I think we will have decent chance to qualified to second round in the next WC.

We have finished searching for 17-18yo youngsters in all D1-D4 teams, same as what we have done just after I was elected(Thousands thank again to my assistants who help me a lot in my scouting job). We found our Forwards and Goalkeepers are extremely wonderful, while Playmakers and Defenders were a bit weak. So, if you have any talent IM or DEF, don't hesitate to contact me. Catch up the last chance and not to deny a future U20 stars!

I will announce new squad on Thursday.

香港U20教練團已經完成d1至d4所有球隊的地毯式搜索，並從中取得有潛質之17-18歲球員的能力及資料(在此感謝一眾助教們的努力!)。我們的前鋒及門將位置實力非常雄厚，但是中場及後防戰鬥力卻相對地顯得比較薄弱。所以如果你擁有具潛力之中場及後防球員，請務必盡快聯絡本人，不要埋沒U20的未來之星！
