Sure thing, we predicted that HK would play an attacking midfield grabbing lineup and we wanted to PIC the game to give us a chance at progression. I thought we could win this game with the tactics we employed and am gutted to have lost that game.
I thought they would play a min of 2 strikers thus our two best defs in the middle, I thought they may play 2 wingers but the chances were the best one would be down the right so we played our deemed best WB on the side to counter that.
I wanted to a SE goal via the team as best we could and hoped to score a couple of CAs and maybe an SE, we scored the SE so i was pleased that happened. We had on the pitch 3 Heads, 2 quicks and an unpred which for our NT is about as good as it can get.
The only choice i wish i could have changed with hindsight is playing an offensive coach, we played a game of chess changing our coaches every couple of minutes and fair play to them they played an attacking formation with a defensive coach, we used a defensive coach and perhaps if i had used an offensive coach we would have won, likewise if he had used his other coach perhaps we would have won.
Im absolutely gutted to have lost that game as no offense to HK but i truely thought we would win that game.
The WC is teatering on a knifedge now for us and a result must be gained from the next game.
