At the start of the season, we announced some rules with regard to day-trading that were to take effect a few hours from now.
In response to the many great suggestions that we''ve received, we''re making a few changes to try and ensure that these changes do inhibit day-trading but do not stop people from using the market as a whole.
What makes day-traders so powerful in BuzzerBeater is that they can pursue many trades in a short period of time with no ill effects. We are implementing an addendum to the sales tax that is based solely on the number of trades a team has made in the past 14 weeks. If you have only made a couple of trades, you will be charged the normal sales tax; if you have traded a lot recently, you should expect taxes that may be several times as high as the regular sales tax.
Because day-trading is such a pressing issue, we WILL be counting all transfers made in the past 14 weeks towards this new tax. Now and in the future, transfers made by new users in their first three weeks on the site will not be counted.
We feel this system will not affect the normal functionality of the transfer list, but will significantly reduce the effectiveness of day-trading as a strategy.
This rule will take place at the end of this season''s two-week window, which means that they will affect all players listed for sale after 16:00 EST on Monday afternoon. This means you have until then to sell players you don''t want to have to sell afterwards. You will know that these changes are in effect because you will see them on the player page, where you currently see the sales tax.

在賽季開始時, 我們已公佈過一些於數小時後正式生效的措施去限制即日交易.
