黎緊兩場一分都唔可以失..

大家好 !!

上星期我們在主場以 2-1 擊敗 U20 佛得角 [matchid=298835083]

對雙方來講這場比賽非勝不可，勝方可以保持出線機會

主場因為需要兼顧接著對 U20 丹麥 的比賽，決定以 PiC 應戰，及用上 2-5-3 1 WtM 1 W off 2 FW 1 FW def

客隊以 Normal 態度的 4-5-1 Pressing 比賽，用上 2 WtM 1 FW def 以壓逼對手減少雙方進攻機會

在 15min 我們 WtM 受傷離場，而我們的後備邊鋒打 WtM 令我們中場減弱，在上半場我們只得 45% 中場下比數為 0-0

在下半場我們在 55min 作出 1 個調動，而巧合地我們在 57min 取得 1-0 領先

笿隊在 75min 作出調動增強進攻火力，而他們在 85min 追平

在剩餘 5 分鐘情況下，我們沒有放棄，在努力不懈下終於在 87min 取得致勝入球，以 2-1 全取 3 分，而下半場我們控球為 54%

我對球隊終於能在比賽尾段射入致勝入球感到鼓舞，這是一個好的現象，我們有能力在緊湊的比賽中取得勝利

下週我們會作客 U20 丹麥 [matchid=298835089]

在上週 U20 法國 以 3-3 媾和 U20 丹麥 取得出線資格後，這場晉級爭奪戰由 3 隊角逐第二個席位

U20 France 在用上 PiC 5-2-3 CA 情況下出奇地曾經擁有 3-0 領先優勢，而客隊意外地在這場非勝不可的情況下用上 PiC 4-5-1 Normal 以單邊邊路作進攻方向

U20 丹麥 要承擔上場未能取勝的後果，縱使今週他們勝出也可能會出局，如果 U20 大洋洲 能擊敗 U20 法國 ，所以我有點不解為何 U20 丹麥 沒有用更多力量去嘗試擊倒 U20 法國 ，而 U20 法國 在現今能晉級下少了很多動力去打敗 U20 大洋洲

而我們的情況是，我們需要在這場比賽獲勝，及希望 U20 法國 能擊敗 U20 大洋洲 令我們能上到 #2

所以雙方都不能接受一場和局 (表示雙雙出局) ，而客隊有些微 TS 優勢 (在週五會多 ~0.5 級) 不過主隊有一些球員有很高 TSI (如 2 支 W 有 TSI 90,000+)

這是我們本季最後一場比賽，我保證我們球員會傾盡所有去應付，在 丹麥 反轉他們的主場取得勝利

hi all,

last week we won 2-1 against U-20 Cabo Verde [matchid=298835083]

it's a must-win game for both side, the winning team can keep chance of qualification

home team has to go for PiC as have to win over U-20 Danmark in coming week, and played 2-5-3 1 WtM 1 W off 2 FW 1 FW def

away team played Normal 4-5-1 Pressing with 2 WtM 1 FW def, try to cut chances to make the game more boring

after 15min our WtM got injured, and our bench Winger played as WtM so our midfield is weakened, and in 1st half it's 0-0, we are 45% possession only

in 2nd half we did 1 change at 55min, and by coincidence we led 1-0 at 57min

away team did some change to add attacking power at 75min, and they levelled at 85min

with 5 minutes left, we didn't give up and played our very best, and we are rewarded by a winning goal at 87min and won 2-1, having 54% possession on 2nd half

i am pleased that our team finally score a late winner when we need, and it's a good signal that we are capable to win tight games

next match we'll visit U-20 Danmark [matchid=298835089]

it's a 3-horse race for 2nd qualification spot in this Group, after U-20 France secured 1 spot after a 3-3 thriller over U-20 Danmark last week

U-20 France once led 3-0 despite played PiC 5-2-3 CA, and surprisingly U-20 played PiC 4-5-1 Normal, focusing on 1-side attack despite it's a must win game for them

U029 Danmark suffered for not winning last week now, even they win this week, they are still knocked out if U-20 France lost to U-20 Oceania, so i feel puzzled that they didn't put more effort in trying to win U-20 France, coz already-qualified U-20 France has less motivation to win U-20 Oceania now

and our situation is that, we have to win this Friday, and hope U-20 France win over U-20 Oceania so we can advance to #2

so both side cannot afford for a draw (that means both will be knocked out), and away team has little TS advantage (~0.5 level on Friday) but home team has players with higher TSI (e.g. 2 wingers which has TSI 90,000+)

this is our last match in this season, and i promise our players would throw out everything, from arrows, bombs, and even forks and marbles, storm the Danes for a win

很久我沒有匯報 U20 香港 進度了

我們在上圈最後一場作客以 2-0 擊破 U20 丹麥

同時因為 U20 大洋洲 作客 U20 法國輸波而回，我們以較佳得失球差奪得次名出線資格

雙方賽前知道唯一出線機會是要贏波，與及希望 U20 大洋洲 作客 U20 法國 失分/落敗

主隊賽前召入 1 名力量型中場 ，打上 3-4-3 1CD 3IM MOTS Normal

客隊賽前召入 1 名邊鋒及 1 名靠邊前鋒，用上 5-3-2 1IM 1IMtW 1 FtW MOTS CA

開賽 6' 客隊打少 1 個 - Head 邊鋒 施丹上身 被紅牌直接離場 - 大大打亂客隊部署

可是在上半場 18' 客隊首先由 反擊 1-0 打開紀錄，再 19' 以 Corner+Head SE 攻入 2-0

上半場 U20 HKG 在只得 27% 中場下以 2-0 領先，而下半場雙方雖有攻擊而再無入球，客隊 10 人應戰下成功在下半場調入中場增加控球以保住勝果

在另一邊箱 U20 法國 驚險地以 4-3 反勝 U20 大洋洲 並把對手送出局

U20 香港 及 U20 大洋洲 同得 25 分，而我們以較佳得失球壓過對手成為小組第二名出線

在整圈賽程中，我感謝各領隊訓練 U20 球員以令我們有能力挑戰列強，與及各留意 U20 香港 進度的領隊

接著我們會在 8 日內打 3 場中立場比賽，首先會對 U20 法國 [matchid=302697304]

在上季大家應該見識過對方實力強勁，而他們有不少球員在上季已經吸收到經驗值

我們在這圈目標只是享受比賽 - 如果不幸的 6 分 [6,6,6,0] 都不能出線，而如果幸運的話 2 分 [9,2,2,2] 都可以過關

hi all,

it's long time that i haven't report progress of U-20 HKG here

in final matchweek of last round we won U-20 Danmark in their pitch

as U-20 Oceania lost at U-20 France, we settled in 2nd place and secured qualification thanks to superior goal difference

in last match it's a battle between U-20 Danmark and U-20 Hong KOng, both team understood that only a win can give them hope to qualify, but still need to await result of U-20 France vs U-20 Oceania to see who will qualify with U-20 France

home team called-up 1 Powerful IM, and played 3-4-3 1CD 3IM MOTS Normal

away team enrolled 1 W and 1 FtW, opted for 5-3-2 1IM 1IMtW 1 FtW MOTS CA

in 1st half, at 6' away team was reduced to 10 men - Head W off got striaght red card as following Zidane @ WC 2006 Final - hugely destroyed our pre-match tactic

however at 18' away team led 1-0 by scoring a CA goal, and extended lead by 2-0 thanks to Corner+Head SE

in 1st half U-20 HKG led 2-0 despite having 27% possession, and both side failed to score goal despite having attack, away team successfully keep the victory despite having 10 players on pitch by introducing IMs and control more possession

on the other hand, U-20 France won U-20 Oceania in a 4-3 thriller, knocked away team out of U20 World Cup

Both U-20 HKG and U-20 Oceania got 25pt, and we become 2nd-place in group and qualified as we have better goal difference

in the round, i sincerely thank all manangers to train our players so we can challenge top teams, and all managers who follow U-20 HKG progress

in coming 8 days we'll have 3 matches playing in neutral ground, 1st match would be against U-20 France [matchid=302697304]

in last season all of us shall see how strong this team is, and many of their players have already gaining experience points in last season

our aim in this group is enjoying matches - if we are unfortunate having 6pts [6,6,6,0] we'll still got knocked out, nevertheless if we are lucky 2pts [9,2,2,2] is still enough to go through

盲拳打死老師傅 - 我們以 4-1 亂棍打暈 U20 法國

U20 法國 - 主隊 (因為在波黑比賽所以沒有主場優勢) 擺上 4-4-2 CA PiC, 用 2 IM 2 W off 及希望憑雄厚防守及邊路進攻火力去取得入球，控制中場在 40~45% 左右

U20 香港 - 客隊 (名義上) 打 2-5-3 AIM PiC, 指示 2 W t M 以爭取更多中場及依賴中路進攻機會

比賽其實是亂局一場 - U20 香港 在 14' 先入十二碼，再以 Quick SE 擴大領先優勢，而 U20 法國 只能在對方再入另一球十二碼後以 CA 拉近距離，半場比數 3-1

U20 法國 無法再以 CA 入球，而他們應該對在本場失掉 4 球 - 無一來自中路進攻 - 而 1-4 入球是來自 Corner+Head SE

U20 法國 保持在 40/42% 控球，不過他們相當不幸地因 SE 失掉 2 球，而另外 2 球如果是中路進攻而不是十二碼的話他們可能不會那麼沮喪

我們面前有 Round 2 第二場比賽 - 對 U20 挪威 [matchid=302697305]

他們之前以 2-0 擊敗 U20 瑞士 得到 3 分，即是話如果今晚我們 2 隊握手言和，會把 U20 法國 vs U20 瑞士 [matchid=302697306] 的敗方推出局，因為 2 場 0 分的球隊是不可能超越 2 隊已得 4 分球隊

我們的形勢比預期中佳，而我們現時應該做的是保持良好表現及打出理想賽果 - 我們仍然是 32 隊晉級球隊中實力最低的一隊，我們沒有空間去偷懶

hi all,

sucker's punches - we shocked U-20 France by 4-1 win

U-20 France - home team (no home advantage coz playing in B&H) played 4-4-2 CA PiC, placed 2 IM 2 W off and wishing rely on strong defence and decent wing attacks to convert goals, by controlling at around 40~45% midfield

U-20 Hong Kong - away team (nominal) played 2-5-3 AIM PiC, ordered 2 W t M to wish winning more midfield and rely on central attack chances

the match is simply scrappy - U20 HKG scored a penalty at 14' before Quick SE doubled the lead, U-20 France only scored 1 CA goal after conceded another penalty before 1st half, and 3-1 is half-time score

U-20 France failed to scored another CA goal, and they must feel disappointed that they let 4 goals - none of them are from central attack - and 1-4 goal is by Corner+Head SE

U-20 France kept at 40/42% possession, but they are quite unfortunate that they conceded 2 SE goals, and they might be less disappointed that if our 2 penalty goals were central attack instead

so we are having 2nd match in Round 2 - facing U-20 Norge [matchid=302697305]

they won 2-0 against U-20 Schweiz, that means a draw between us tonight will push the losing side between U-20 France vs U-20 Schweiz [matchid=302697306] to elimination, coz 0pt after 2 games would be impossible to climb over 2 teams grabbed 4pt

we are in better position than predicted, and what we have to do is keeping good performance and building good results - we are still worst team in qualified 32 teams, and we have no luxury to be lazy

先以 0-2 不敵 U20 挪威 再以 2-2 賽和 U20 法國 之後，如果他們不能在本比賽勝出他們一定會出局，同時間他們在 TS 上卻在劣勢 - 現時他們是有問題未解決的一方

在本組現時是 3 隊爭取 1 個晉級席位，而我們形勢是最好的一隊，因為們需要的是一場勝仗，或者賽和而 U20 法國 未能大勝 4 球或以上

一如以往，我們應做的是集中精神，把優勢確保為出線席位

hi all,

we lost to U-20 Norge on Monday - the 1-3 loss ensure them to be only team qualified to Round 3

U-20 Norge fielded 3-5-2 Normal Normal, a typical formation that wanna win midfield and give strong attack in middle and left side

U-20 Hong Kong opted for 5-2-3 CA PiC, ordered 1 IM t W and 1 W off as gave up midfield and tried to score goals by CA

2 teams also focused power on their own left side attacks - U20 HKG scored a CA left-side goal at 19' but at 26' U-20 Norge pulled level on their left side, half-time result 1-1

in half-time U-20 Norge even put more attention in their left side attack, then they scored 2 goals via Corner+Head SE and Indirect FK to secure the win, 3-1 is enough for them to qualify

HT is such unpredictable - SP / SE give us victory on Friday but punish us on Monday - that's life

so we are having last match in Round 2 - facing U-20 Schweiz [matchid=302697308]

they lost 0-2 to U-20 Norge and then drawn 2-2 to U-20 France, and if they fail to win on this match they definitely will be out, and they suffered from TS disadvantage now - so the bomb is in their side

in this group it's now 3 teams chasing for 1 spot, and we are in best position coz we need to win, or a draw on this Friday and U-20 France failed to win U-20 Norge by more than 4-goal margin or higher

as usual we have to do is get focused and ensure our advantage turns into qualification reality

[U20 HKG] Summary for U20 HKG Season 27-28

Hi all,

as it's end of my term @ Season 27-28, i would like to make a concise summary

in Round 1 we surprisingly qualified from Group 5, with combination of luck and believe

Most luckiest game - [matchid-298835041] U-20 Rossiya - U-20 Hong Kong     3 - 7
trying to do 2-5-3 PiC AIM to steal goals, confidence and 3pt and we got it, despite an old opponent didn't play tactic that helped us a lot

Most unluckiest game - [matchid=298835078] U-20 Oceania - U-20 Hong Kong     1 - 0
both sides played equally well but their Quick WtM gave them SE goal, our Quick WtM got -ve weather SE

Most tactically being outsmarted game - [matchid=298835061] U-20 Hong Kong - U-20 Danmark     1 - 3
opponent successfully used 4-5-1 to contain us at starting 65' and changed to 3-5-2, pushed for winner in final 25 minutes

Most tactically outstmarting game - [matchid=298835089] U-20 Danmark - U-20 Hong Kong     0 - 2
in last match in the round, both sides need a win to keep hope, and we visited Danmark played 5-3-2 CA to grab 2 goals in 1st half, aimed turning 4-4-2 in midway 2nd half to eliminate opponent chances - don't forget we had a winger got early bath so we actually played 5-2-2 and 4-3-2, 10-man formation in most of the time

in Round 2 we nearly qualified, but this time we are out coz inferior goal difference

we played 2-5-3 PiC AIM, and surprisingly we won 4-1 to be top of the table

Match 2 - [matchid=302697305] U-20 Norge - U-20 Hong Kong     3 - 1
the winner would have high chance to get automatically qualified, and our 5-2-3 PiC CA didn't turn to be a success and let U-20 Norge qualified

Match 3 - [matchid=302697308] U-20 Schweiz - U-20 Hong Kong     0 - 0
i still defend my decision not to MOTS, coz (1) if we kill TS then we definitely have no chance to qualify in Round 3 if we arrived, (2) a draw would bring us 80%+ chance to qualify, and (3) even we MOTS we are too difficult to manage a win over MOTS U-20 Schweiz, and a 0-0 draw is not enough for us coz U-20 France won 5-1, resulting goal difference as +5-4 vs +8-7

that's the end of our competitive match, 7W 4D 3L in Round 1 and 1W 1D 1L in Round 2

it's election time for new term, and i'll be glad to see if any manager would try to take a challenge, if he/she...
(1) is HKG manager (no matther what mother-language he/she is), and/or
(2) is a foreign manager that can speak cantonese, and/or
(3) a proven candidate with U20 manager experience in leading U20 team into Round 2 (and/or later stage)

i've already managed for 3 terms, so i won't be surprised that if any manager want a try - but i do hope if really a new U20 manager being elected, he/she is not for achievement point but really have heart to bring U20 HKG forward

no worry i'm still available for U20 HKG manager seat, i won't retire from U20 management yet, and even a new manager is elected in next week i'll be glad to help him/her for management issues, etc...

once again thanks a lot for managers that train U20 HKG players (no matter played or potential players that unfortunately didn't played) and managers that helped me a lot for managing U20 HKG
