Liverpool have completed the signing of goalkeeper Simon Mignolet from Sunderland on a long-term contract.
利物浦已簽明尼奧列
Delighted, very proud and priviliged to be the first Belgian signing for such a big club @LFC #YNWA Many thanks for all the reactions!

而連拿之所以未有得返母會巴卡
只因 VV 阻住地球轉...
明尼奧列就對此處之泰然
同人搶踢正選於佢都唔係新鮮事嘛...有輸有贏
Mignolet’s arrival has increased uncertainty over the long-term future of Pepe Reina, who has been repeatedly linked with a return to his first club Barcelona.
A move to the Nou Camp for Reina has been made less likely by Victor Valdes’ insistence that he will see out his Barca contract until it expires in 2014, rather than leave this summer.
Reina, for his part, has declared he wants to stay at Anfield to fight for his place – and Mignolet is ready for the battle.
“Competition can only be a good thing,” he said in an interview with Liverpool's official website.
“I’ve been in big competitions wherever I've been - in Belgium with the national team and in Sunderland with Craig Gordon and Keiren Westwood, who are international goalies.
“Now it’s the same again with Pepe and with Brad Jones. It’s only a good thing – to be competitive and to train as hard as you can, it can only bring the best out of you.
“Pepe is an experienced goalkeeper who has proven a lot over the years.
“I’m looking forward to working with him, the same as I am with Brad and the goalie coach.” |
