West Brom have turned down a fourth bid from Tottenham for England Under-21 striker Saido Berahino.

Spurs have made two transfer deadline day bids for the 22-year-old, having had two other bids rejected earlier in the summer.

It is understood that Tottenham only offered £5m up front for Berahino in a deal that included more in add-ons.

Sources at Tottenham say they now do not expect him to join before the window shuts at 18:00 BST on Tuesday.

Je suis tellement heureux de rejoindre Manchester United. J'ai toujours voulu jouer en Premier League. J'ai hâte de rencontrer mes nouveaux équipiers.
