players can get a new contract that higher than mid-level exception, but only in 'sign-and-trade'. For example: Brad Miller to Kings, Harrington and Jackson exchange...

Another case is the player accept the new contract from original club...  

Otherwise, players move to another club and get hign salary is unlikely(except Thomas)

我就覺得Redd係勁，但係佢唔係個種superstar，即係如果我係班主，我唔會用咁大筆錢簽佢，因為佢未到可以圍繞住佢黎build-up a team既Level~~~
