Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 130001 at Whiska's Bowl today.A 4-5-1 alignment was the formation of choice for U-20 Hong Kong.They fielded: 常嘉 (Changjia) - 清豪 (Qinghao) , 海晶 (Haijing) , 寒興 (Hanxing) , 劍棕 (Jianzong) - 英劍 (Yingjian) , 齊勻 (Qiyun) , 貝雄 (Beixiong) , Jones, 安勇 (Anyong) - 石文 (Shiwen) .

U-20 Polska started off with a 4-5-1 lineup.Starters: Śmiertka - Szurkowski, Szulżycki, Zębala, Kondracki - Jędruś, Kruś, Bielejewski, Sobiło, Ivaschenko - Pranga.

U-20 Hong Kong clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could.Counter-attacking seemed to be the preferred strategy of U-20 Polska.There was concern in the stands when, at the 3 minute mark, U-20 Polska's Onufry Szulżycki hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch.
