We play again today as it is Friday! Tonight we will host UAE (155449295) and the other match you may want to follow is Germany visiting Mexico (155449292). Germany is ahead of us by 2 point and +4 goal different so we have a very slim chance to be on top of group 14 if we get 3 points tonight combine with Germany defeat to Mexico. It will be difficult as likely UAE will MOTS against us but we are trying our best to win it.

Team selection policy will be consistency with policy so far this season (i.e. players trained/train on secondary will have preference).

Zhai Key Cheng (71749381) and Xia Lik-Muk (66442138) both on the transfer list again and with a revised start bid price. If they being trained on secondary they will have lot of games on next season NT friendly, please just refer last week message on the same players.

We may have some minor change on the the team before tonight game, will go thought players on HK NT DB later tonight. If you have/aware any unique player for NT HK, please update same to NT DB and contact us (please don't assume we know everything in HT HK .

Please also note U20 election campaign start on 21/Feb, we need your active involvement to bring a better future for U20/NT Hong Kong.

End up we beat UAE by 2:1, actually not a easy win as we PIC against MOTS and we also played our younger prospects as much as week can. Too bad Germany also defeated Mexico 4:0 in Mexico. I think Germany deserved the victory with 451 HatStats played away/CA/PIC so no complain here.

Here concluded the qualification round for group 14 and we end up 2nd place (14 games, 11 Win, 2 lose and 1 draw). Next round of world cup will start at 18/Apr and we are in group 3 together with England, Argentina and Thailand.

The fans expectation of the 2nd rounds read: "Every match in this division is a bonus". If you still have no idea what kind of players/teams we are up against, please have a check on George Carey (2470166). :0

Last night we also decided to release Ke Kuo-Wing (11083259) from NT Hong Kong. We have concerned with Ke stamina level and drop in skill in last few weeks. Ke has 102 caps from NT HKG and we understand from his manager he will switch to coaching job in coming days, we wish Ke all the best. Special thank to gegevert (177644) all along.

We will leave the slot open and fill up by one of the prospect identified later. We are in contact with potential prospects manager to understand their training plan.

Next 6 weeks we will have NT friendly and we will be in full team development mode and play those young training prospect as much as we can.

Zhai Key Cheng (71749381) is on transfer list again, he will have NT frinedly if trained on secondary (defense/passing/sp/wing). His current owner buy him as MF but not fully aware his salary so we negotiated to have him transfer listed.

Ru Hong Wai [playerid=76666754] is not on the transfer list yet so I am not able to put this "ad" in hong Kong conference according to NT rules.

Ru is one of the top midfield prospect for NT Hong Kong and we are keen to have him further train on secondary.  Ru just reach 24 YO and very close to utopian MF, current side skill level at wing (passable), passing (inadequate), defense (week), SP (poor) last update on 8/Jan/08.  We will include in NT Ru later on if he is being trained on secondary.

If he find Ru salary affordable and willing to train him on secondary, please contact owner for transfer list.  Please keep us posted for development.

For each Hong Kong NT home match, I will pick one NT trainers team arena and we will also hand over the captain armband to him as token of appreciation. team/player will be pick in below order.
1. Team with more than one NT
2. Team train secondary
3. Hong Kong team

First match already booked in "小雨點", home arena for Litter.Rain (112525). He train two Hong Kong NT forwards He Han-gyong (36978119) and Mi Mo-Chi (66549851) on secondary skill. So a big thank you to Little Rain. NT Hong Kong will not keep any gate receipt for the friendly match and all we got for the match will be straight go to the arena owner

This is a very even and challenging group I would say. HK is not bad among these opponents, but not outstanding either. We seems not the best two teams in the group but I will not deny our chance to qualify.

The first match against Iraq is coming. I will post my pre-match announcement later on.

Our NT star forward ZhangCai Wei-Wen ((65675717)) just reach divine scoring and will be on transfer list soon. ZhangCai will reach 26 soon and time to switch to secondary training. Passing, winger, set pieces will all good for his development. His current salary is around 1.9M HKD per week and will likely have some increase by his next birthday.

If you want to train ZhangCai further on secondary, please post here. We definitely don't want to see his development stop at current level.

We end up losing with a 2:1, given Iraq MOTS at their home court. This result would surely weaken our chance to qualify but we will fight hard till the end. Next match we will return to our home against Nippon. They was defeated against Costa Rica for 4:0 yesterday with a PIC. So their TS will be same as us.

For myself I need to post in HK NT Fed and HK conference and need to post in English as we have foreign managers.  Then I just copy across to BFF and HKCM, I think similar case for EM.
